This study evaluates the pH sensing properties of WO3 using Extended Gate Field Effect Transistor (EGFET) and Voltammetry techniques. The results indicate that WO3 exhibits high sensitivity (52 mV/pH for EGFET and 60 mV/pH for Voltammetry) within the pH range of 2-12, which is close to the theoretical limit of 59.2 mV/pH. The findings suggest that WO3 is a promising candidate for future pH sensor applications and disposable biosensors.
