Mr. Batakrishna Samanta, a 51-year-old male, underwent an abdominal ultrasound which revealed mild hepatomegaly with grade I fatty change, adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder, and a few reactive periportal lymph nodes. All other abdominal organs, including the pancreas, spleen, kidneys, and urinary bladder, appeared normal without any significant abnormalities. A liver function test (LFT) has been suggested for further evaluation.
