Background: Duplication of urethra is a rare congenital abnormality. It has different modes of presentation and hence several techniques have been outlined for its correction. Case Report: A 12 years old male child who presented to our facility with complaints of having double urinary streams. Clinical examination revealed a calm young male with double external urethral meatus. He electively had meatoplasty. The post-operative period of the patient was uneventful. He was discharged home same day
