What is Geoffrey about?

Geoffrey sees a demon at the hospital and believes he is being possessed. He invites friends over to play with his son Elli in the backyard. Later, Rose walks home with her daughter and is attacked by two men. Geoffrey tries to rescue Rose but is too weak to break down the door. In a fit of rage and possession, he breaks in and confronts the men, stabbing one without feeling pain.
