This study explores the adoption of mobile payment (M-payment) applications in Pakistan using an extended UTAUT2 model that incorporates monetary benefits. Data from 302 users of JazzCash and Easypaisa reveal that performance expectancy, price value, habit, and monetary benefit significantly influence M-payment adoption. The research employs both symmetrical and asymmetrical methodologies to provide a comprehensive understanding of the factors driving M-payment usage in a developing economy post-COVID-19.
