Prexion: Secure Compression for HTTPS by urbnsapiens is a document available to read on EtoBox.

What is Prexion: Secure Compression for HTTPS about?

The document introduces Prexion, a novel compression system that mitigates compression side channel attacks (CSCA) against HTTPS by using a probabilistic mechanism to selectively include overlapping sequences during compression. Prexion achieves up to 4.9 times better compression ratios than existing solutions while maintaining robust security, with attack success rates below 5%. The paper details the effectiveness of Prexion through extensive experiments with real-world web pages, highlighting its advantag
