functional profiling was performed on 23/78 patients with baseline and post-induction (week14) stool samples. Kraken2 and Bracken were used to estimate species-level sequence abundances. Metacyc functional pathways were obtained using HUMAnN2. Clinical remission (CR) was defined as a wPCDAI <12.5, off steroids. Differential species and pathway abundances were evaluated for CL, IFX-levels, fecal calprotectin (FC) and wPCDAI scores using a linear model framework after log-ratio transformations. False discovery rate (FDR) corrections (< 0.1) were applied. Results: In this pilot study, median baseline FC was 1817 μg/g (IQR, 1469-2769) and CL 0.0104 L/h (0.0087-0.0133). By week14, 61% (14/23) had $50% improvement in FC, with 57% (13/23) in CR and a median IFX level of 7.7 μg/mL (2.4-11.5). 1SD increase in baseline CL was associated with 0.17 (-0.32; -0.02) reduction in Shannon diversity (p = 0.03). A log2 fold change for 27 baseline species were associated with a 1SD increase in Baseline CL (FDR 5% increase in CL at week14. FC and wPCDAI were not associated at an FDR <0.1 for any species or pathway examined. Conclusions: This pharmacomicrobiomics study demonstrates that diversity during
