This case report describes a 53-year-old bisexual male patient who presented with blurred vision in the left eye. He was diagnosed with HIV infection 3 years prior. Examination found optic disc swelling and vitreous opacities in the left eye. Testing found high syphilis antibody titers. He was diagnosed with neurosyphilis and treated with benzathine penicillin and steroids.
