This study analyzes the impact of financial literacy, financial technology, and financial inclusion on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan City, Indonesia. The findings indicate that while financial literacy and technology positively influence MSME performance, financial inclusion does not mediate this relationship. The research highlights the necessity for stakeholders to enhance the financial literacy of MSME owners to improve their business management capabilities.
