In this letter the agency failed to comply with the freedom of information act. Although they give the false statement as an excuse being that the information is proportedly available on the CDC website, the CDC and HHS have been failing (purposefully, as par whistleblow statement. -see Project Veritas, September 21, 2021), the website specifically makes it impossible to obtain all the information at once. This makes it extra tedious for the user to collect the information from the website.
