What is DiCE: Advanced Volvo Diagnostic Tool about?

DiCE is a new wireless communication tool that replaces the older VCT2000 tool. DiCE uses Bluetooth technology to enable high-speed communication between the vehicle and the VIDA diagnostic tool. It connects to the vehicle through the OBD port and hangs in the vehicle for optimal Bluetooth reception. One DiCE tool is provided with each VIDA station and additional tools can be purchased as needed. DiCE offers faster software downloads and diagnostic readouts compared to the VCT2000.
