What is Wellbeing Workshop for Working Carers about?

Carers Leeds is hosting a workshop on September 17th for working carers to discuss their health and wellbeing needs as caregivers. The workshop from 4:30-6:30pm will focus on how occupational therapists can better support working carers to prevent stress-related illness. Participants will discuss their needs in small groups and complete exercises to understand their needs and solutions. Those who RSVP will receive a £10 gift voucher for attending this research study on supporting working caregivers
