What is Le Corbusier about?

Le Corbusier was a pioneering Swiss-French architect who developed the style known as the International Style or Modern architecture. Some of his most notable works included the Villa Savoye which demonstrated his five points of architecture. He also created the system of proportions called Le Modulor which was based on the human figure and Fibonacci sequence. One of his later masterpieces was the Sainte Marie de La Tourette priory near Lyon, France which showcased his innovative architectural approaches.
