About this document
FGFR1 Amplification in Lung Cancer Analysis by Ho laqmb is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study defines criteria for evaluating FGFR1 amplification using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) in lung cancer samples. The researchers analyzed 307 samples of squamous cell lung carcinoma, 100 samples of lung adenocarcinoma, and 13 samples of other lung cancer types. They found FGFR1 amplification in 20% of squamous cell carcinoma samples, with high-level amplification in 16% and low-level amplification in 4%. No FGFR1 amplification was found in adenocarcinoma samples. The study establishes
