What is Composite Resin Core Buildups about?
The aim of this study was to investigate the restoration of highly damaged, broken-down endodontically treated molars without the ferrule effect using glass ceramic crowns on different dual-cure composite resin core buildups with and without posts. Thirty teeth were restored with either a direct buildup using Multicore HB or a buildup using Multicore Flow with a glass-fiber-reinforced composite post.
