This document analyzes the implementation of the Japanese Horenso work culture at PT Nissan Motor Indonesia. Horenso consists of Houkoku (reporting), Renraku (informing), and Soudan (consulting). Through interviews and questionnaires with Nissan employees, the author found that: 1) The majority of employees implement the Horenso work culture. 2) Most employees face few obstacles in implementing it. 3) Nissan implements Horenso effectively in accordance with the PDCA cycle.
