This study aims to assess the prevalence and predictors of postpartum depression among nursing mothers attending immunization clinics in Lagos, Nigeria. A cross-sectional study was conducted using a self-administered questionnaire to collect data from 290 nursing mothers. The results show the prevalence of postpartum depression is low using the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, with age significantly associated with prevalence.
