This research aimed to develop an educational game tool using a pitcher seesaw to stimulate rough motor skills, especially ball catching, in children aged 4-5 years. The tool was designed so that when a child of maximum height 1.2 meters stands 1 meter away, the ball will bounce at a height they can catch, and if a child is a minimum height of 0.8 meters, they can catch it from 0.5 meters away. The tool was tested in 5 kindergartens with 40 children total. Expert validation resulted in scores of 85.71% and
