State lawmakers in Ohio have formed a bipartisan working group to address concerns about gerrymandering and propose reforms to make the congressional redistricting process fairer. The group held public forums in late 2017 and will issue recommendations to the state legislature in early 2018. Any proposals would need approval by the full legislature before being placed on the ballot for voters to consider later this year.
