Ammonia and carbon dioxide are fed into a urea reactor at high pressure and temperature where they react to form urea. The product stream is then processed through a series of decomposers and vacuum separators to increase the urea concentration. The high concentration urea stream is then prilled and dried to form solid urea prills which are bagged and shipped.
