Leonardo C. Comargo Jr. was born in 1982 in Calagundian, Philippines. As a child, he enjoyed drawing characters from anime shows. He studied painting at the University of Mindanao and his artwork explores themes of anatomy, life, death, and human experiences through psychedelic, colorful, and chaotic styles that blend various media like oil, acrylic, and pen. Comargo has exhibited widely in the Philippines and explores stories from his hometown in his artwork.
