What is Outside Hospital Do-Not-Resuscitate Order about?
This document is an Outside the Hospital Do-Not-Resuscitate (OHDNR) order form. It allows a patient to authorize emergency medical services personnel to withhold or withdraw cardiopulmonary resuscitation if the patient suffers cardiac or respiratory arrest outside of the hospital.
