What is Nasi Lemak International: A Culinary Journey about?

Mrs. Normi Tandoh started selling nasi lemak in Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur in the 1970s with just a few kilograms of rice. Demand grew and by the 1980s she was cooking 50kg of rice per day. In the 1990s, her nasi lemak gained media attention. In the 2000s, she opened her first Nasi Lemak International restaurant concept in 2008 with directors Halim, Nouman, and Shahrul to expand the business internationally.
