Gestational choriocarcinoma is a rare malignant trophoblastic tumor that arises from any gestational event during pregnancy. The patient presented with abnormal vaginal bleeding and markedly elevated beta human chorionic gonadotropin levels. Her prognosis was very poor due to the cancer spreading to her brain, lungs, and enlarged heart. She experienced blurry vision due to a blood accumulation in her occipital lobe. Despite supportive care, the patient ultimately passed away from her advanced stage 4 cancer
