What is CGC Gameplay and Token Management Guide about?

The document outlines the functional specifications for a card games club website, detailing the core gameplay flow including room creation, token handling, and game validation processes. Players create rooms, join using a code, and their tokens are locked until the game is validated. If a player leaves before validation, their tokens remain locked, and the game cannot proceed until all players confirm the final balances or seek admin intervention.
