This case series evaluates the efficacy of combining microneedling and photobiomodulation in treating male androgenetic alopecia (AA) over a four-week period. Results showed a significant increase in hair density from 111.1 to 140.6 hair/cm2, with patients reporting reduced dissatisfaction with hair loss. The findings suggest that this combined treatment approach is a promising alternative for male AA management.
