Fredy Armando Valencia, known as "El Monstruo de Monserrate", was a Colombian serial killer who murdered 11-16+ women between 2011-2015 in Bogota. He targeted young women aged 18-25 who were street dwellers and drug users. His modus operandi was to lure victims to his makeshift shelter on Monserrate hill by offering them drugs, food or clothes, then strangle them after raping them.
