The Matra Rule of Law Training Programme will provide a 10-day training in The Hague, Netherlands from April 11-20, 2018 for 36 civil servants from Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine who work on protecting human rights. The training will focus on human rights and minorities, providing an overview of mechanisms and policies for implementing international human rights standards and interacting with civil society.
