What is Location Recce for Filming at Chiltern Road about?

This location recce provides information for filming at a house in Chiltern Road near Marlow train station and West Street bus stop. It notes that the house has good natural lighting from windows but dim interior lighting, and recommends using natural light or ceiling lights. Sound will be good but appliances may hum, so recording should be done with appliances off or in insulated rooms. Power is available from multiple sources, and hazards like tripping hazards should be moved out of the way.
