This study investigated the outcomes of conservative treatment for in-toeing and out-toeing gait disorders over 10 years. 611 patients were included, with 270 having in-toeing due to hip anteversion and 53 having out-toeing due to hip retroversion. Conservative treatment corrected gait disorders in 178 of 270 in-toeing patients and 44 of 53 out-toeing patients. Conservative treatment was an effective approach for correcting rotational gait disorders.
