What is Stalingrad about?
The student chose to research the Battle of Stalingrad because battles interest them. They found the topic through an assignment from their teacher to create a website on a topic related to "Rights and Responsibilities." The student conducted research by looking at websites in their bibliography and skimming multiple perspectives on what occurred in the 5 month battle. Their project relates to the theme because the Soviets took responsibility and changed the course of World War 2 by destroying German armies
