The Depository Trust Company (DTC) is revising its "Frozen Letter" Movement Request Form and procedures to improve the process. Beginning August 7, 2006, participants will use a new form that includes a processing procedure, a new fax number to submit the form, and a new hotline for inquiries. The Voluntary Offering - VOI Position Movement Request Form is unchanged. Additional copies of both forms can be found on the DTC website. Questions should be directed to participants
