This case report describes the management of puberty-associated gingival enlargement in a 15-year-old female patient. The patient presented with swollen gums in the upper front region that began around the time of the start of her menstruation 3 years prior. Clinical examination revealed reddish-pink bulging gingiva between the teeth. The gingiva was excised and histopathological examination found hyperplastic stratified squamous epithelium with elongated rete ridges, consistent with a diagnosis of puberty-
