This study aims to determine the relationship between work readiness and life goals among final-year university students in Madiun, Indonesia. The study found an insignificant relationship between work readiness and life goals. The study used scales to measure work readiness and life goals that were distributed online to 172 final-year students. The results of the correlation analysis found a very weak, insignificant relationship. Therefore, the study concluded there is no relationship between work readines
