The CT facial scan of 2-year-old Ali Ahmed ABDELA reveals a fracture of the right mandibular condyle with gaping and medial displacement of the proximal bone fragment, along with surrounding soft tissue edema. Additionally, there are hypertrophied inferior nasal turbinates and adenoid soft tissue, but no other abnormalities in the visualized paranasal sinuses, mastoids, or orbits.
