What is Raman scattering investigation of the central peak in lead lanthanum zirconate—titanate‐x/95/5 ceramics with × = 0—4 mol% of La~2~O~3~ about?

## Abstract It is demonstrated that in the ferroelectric phase of the PLZT‐x/95/5 ceramics the spontaneous polarization is the order parameter, the fluctuations of which are mainly responsible for the dielectric relaxations manifested in the Raman spectra by the appearance and the evolution of a central peak. For __T__ >315°C, in the paraelectric phase, the spontaneous polarization fluctuations are substituted by the fluctuations of the appearing local concentration polarization. Above the Curie temperature, the thermally activated relaxation process gives an activation energy of 0.7 eV.

Who reads Raman scattering investigation of the central peak in lead lanthanum zirconate—titanate‐x/95/5 ceramics with × = 0—4 mol% of La~2~O~3~?

It is typically read by researchers, students, and practitioners in Chemistry.
