What is ABC/XYZ Segmentation in SAP IBP about?

This document discusses using planning filters in ABC/XYZ segmentation in SAP Integrated Business Planning for Supply Chain. Certain constraints must be considered when using filters for segmentation runs. The filtering attributes must be compatible with the segmentation profile and either be attributes of the base planning level of the segmentation measure or keys in the target master data type. If the segmentation measure has a lag attribute, filtering by lag is required.
