Mark Jester A. Piñgol completed his first week of on-the-job training at Villa Herzon Mental Health Center. Over the course of four days, he participated in orientation sessions, one-on-one meetings with patients and interns, observed patient consultations and ward activities, and facilitated several group therapy sessions.
