What is Other Sheep Have I about?

Pastor Tiana Washington can hold her own in verbal fisticuffs. You'd think that after the first "take down," August Granger would learn his lesson. But church troublemakers like him tend to be thickheaded. Against her gender, her dress, her leadership style, and just against her period, August is determined to drive her from Mt. Salem SAB Church. Unintentionally, Tiana gives him ammunition against her when she sings at HCE, the mega church not far from Mt. Salem. While there, she meets the pastor, Jermaine Billings. They form a friendship, which he's determined to take to a romantic relationship. Tiana has plenty reservations about that with their denominational differences but finds his appeal irresistible. Tiana doesn't know he has a past, a negative one, with the SAB Church. August Granger and his cronies do. Now, it's their intention to use her affiliation with ‘black sheep’ Jermaine to advocate her dismissal. With her job on the line, what will Tiana do?
