This study investigates the heat transfer and flow performance of a plate fin heat sink with dimples and protrusions in a horizontal rectangular channel under forced convection. Experimental results show that increasing the depth of dimples significantly enhances heat transfer, while decreasing the pitch ratio increases flow resistance.
