Additionally, he developed drug toxicity in the form of interstitial lung disease during treatment with bleomycin for classical Hodgkin lymphoma. Also, he exhibited lack of efficacy during treatment with doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine and dacarbazine for classical Hodgkin lymphoma [not all routes, dosages and outcomes stated; durations of treatments to reaction onsets not stated]. The man with insulin-controlled diabetes from the past 4 years was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. He started receiving cyclical treatment with bortezomib, thalidomide and dexamethasone for 3 cycles. He underwent autologous stem cell transplant. He received conditioning regimen with melphalan 200 mg/m 2 on the day 1 after the transplant.
