The study investigates whether a daily self-canalith repositioning procedure (CRP) can reduce the recurrence of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Results show no significant difference in recurrence rates or time to recurrence between the treatment group and the no-treatment group. Therefore, daily exercise does not appear to prevent the recurrence of posterior canal-BPPV.
