What is Ethical Teamwork Strategies and Pitfalls about?

This module introduces ethics and obstacles in teamwork. It discusses four key ethical values - justice, responsibility, reasonableness, and honesty. Students will develop plans to realize these values in their group work and strategies to avoid common pitfalls like groupthink, free riders, and hidden agendas. Activities include defining values, creating procedures, and evaluating success at the end of the semester. The goal is for students to learn how to work effectively in small groups.
