Cadillac Coffee does not need to take any action unless it objects to the transfer, in which case it must file a written objection with the bankruptcy court within 20 days and send a copy to Sierra Liquidity Fund. If no objection is filed, Sierra Liquidity Fund will be substituted as the claimant on the court
