What is Supervisor Knowledge Hiding in the Middle East about?

This empirical study investigates the impact of supervisor knowledge hiding (SKH) on supervisee organizational citizenship behavior directed at the supervisor (OCB-S) in the Middle East, particularly focusing on local versus foreign workers in Saudi Arabia. The findings reveal that distrust in supervisors mediates the negative relationship between SKH and OCB-S, with a stronger effect observed among foreign workers. The research contributes to the understanding of knowledge hiding in organizational contexts
