This study analyzes the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles at PT AJB Bumiputera 1912 to enhance service quality in the Islamic life insurance sector. The findings indicate that while GCG principles such as accountability, openness, and fairness have been adopted, their implementation has not been effective or optimal. The research employs qualitative methods and SWOT analysis to assess the current state and propose improvements in service quality through better governance practices
