About this document

Traditional Swedish Köttbullar Recipe by FreedoMahardikha is a document available to read on EtoBox.

Svenska Köttbular, or Swedish meatballs, are a traditional Swedish food made of ground beef, pork, or veal mixed with bread crumbs soaked in milk or water, eggs, salt, and white pepper. They are small, about 1 inch in diameter, and typically served with gravy, boiled potatoes, and pickled cucumbers. To make them, onions are sautéed with salt and pepper and mixed into the ground meats along with bread crumbs before shaping and browning the balls and serving them with a creamy sauce.
