This study focuses on the fatigue analysis of a hard tool design for an automobile mold using finite element analysis (FEA) to predict the fatigue life of the die structure. The analysis was conducted on a restrike die for the medium roof panel of a new vehicle model, Jumbo, utilizing ANSYS Workbench and Pro/Engineer for modeling and analysis. Results indicated that the designed dies can withstand the specified fatigue loads, confirming their reliability under operational conditions.
