This document summarizes a study comparing soil samples tested using the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) and Dynamic Cone Penetration (DCP) methods in laboratory and field conditions at the Universidad Técnica de Manabí in Ecuador. Soil samples were taken from 3 test sites and tested using both DCP in the field and CBR and other tests in the laboratory.
