This document analyzes the bacterial populations in soil samples taken from three depth levels (0-10 cm, 11-20 cm, and 21-30 cm) in the Larangan Adat Rumbio Forest in Kampar Regency, Riau, Indonesia. The soil pH across all depths was 4.11. Total bacterial counts decreased with increasing soil depth, with 3.0 x 109 CFU at 0-10 cm, 2.2 x 109 CFU at 11-20 cm, and 1.6 x 108 CFU at 21-30 cm.
